Falcon Lake RV Park is adjacent to beautiful Falcon Lake in Zapata, TX. Falcon Lake is well known for excellent Bass fishing, boating, and more. Zapata county, located in South Texas is also well known for its South Texas White Tail Deer Hunting, White wing dove and quail hunting, among other ecotourism activities.

Daily Full Service Hook-up — $40.00

**Includes water, sewer, WiFi, 30/50 amp electric and trash.

Weekly — $160.00

**Includes water, sewer, WiFi, 30/50 amp electric and trash.

Monthly:

  • $245.00 + metered electric – includes single vehicle parking
  • $255.00 + metered electric – includes small concrete doorway patio/lounge area and single vehicle parking
  • $265.00 + metered electric (Premium Site) – XL Lot with small concrete doorway patio/lounge area, includes table, small BBQ grill, tree, and two vehicle parking.

$125.00 refundable deposit (held until last month)

Only first month will be prorated

Refund will not be issued for early checkout

Late Fee: $25.00 – Monthly rent is due before the 5th of each month.

Cable: $35 per month

Notes:

• Six months and yearly discount rates available. Please inquire.

• Monthly electric for RV Sites is metered at $0.15 per kilowatt.

• FREE internet access available throughout the park.

• We welcome up to 2 friendly leashed pets per site.

• Cable TV billed separately. (For monthly guests only)

• Boat Storages available at $85.00 per month with $35 deposit.

• Deposits not refundable if reservations are canceled.
